Ms. Kohler studied Early Childhood Education at Catholic University with a minor in reading specialty. She taught in the Dekalb county school system for 2 years teaching 3rd grade and left to raise her son. During that time, she homeschooled special needs students for 10 years. Ms. Kohler has a passion for teaching students to read and realizing their full potential. She joined the PCS family 3 years ago and has loved teaching first grade. In her free time she loves to read and eat shrimp and crab.
