Ms. Gibson is a native of State College, PA. She earned a BA in Spanish/Latin American Literature from Penn State University and a M.Ed. in Spanish and English from Emory University. Ms. Gibson taught High School for 31 years for the DeKalb County School District, 24 of those years at Tucker High School. She was also the Head Cheerleading Coach, Varsity Gymnastics Coach, and eventually the Athletic Director during her tenure. 

This will be Ms. Gibson’s 6th year at PCS, where she wears a number of hats. In her spare time, Ms. Gibson enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, decorating, and cheering on her beloved Nittany Lions and Pittsburgh Steelers.
