Brooke Adams

Brooke Adams grew up in Kingsport, TN.  She attended the University of Tennessee and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She loves math and science and always wanted to be a teacher.  After practicing engineering for five years, Brooke decided to stay home with her daughters.  She joined forces with a friend to homeschool her second daughter “just for kindergarten” and fell in love with the Charlotte Mason philosophy, which drew her beyond STEM and taught her to love literature, history, and the natural world in a new way.  During her eleventh year of homeschooling one or more of her daughters, she joined PCS as a parent and substitute teacher.  She’s excited about coming on board as Middle School Math Teacher for 2024-25.

Brooke lives in Tucker with her husband, Andy, and their four daughters.  Anne Marie is headed to Georgia College, Eleanor is entering 11th grade, Charlotte (Charlie) is a rising 8th grader at PCS, and Meg will be joining PCS in 2nd grade next year.  Brooke enjoys crafting and fine arts, as well as reading widely, and is a member of Intown Community Church.
